As a graduate student counsellor, Emily practices from a systemic lens and primarily draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, play therapy, Satir, and embodiment work. Beyond counselling approaches, Emily values shaping sessions to meet each client’s unique goals and needs. She seeks to provide a space where safety and connection can be tangibly felt—making way for meaningful growth and healing.
