Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of British Columbia, Okanagan, and is a Registered Social Worker. She is currently completing a Certificate in Family Mediation through the Justice Institute of BC. Jessica works with both children and adults dealing with a wide range of emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, personal and work-related stress, parenting, and relationship challenges. She is especially passionate about helping families through difficult life transitions such as divorce and separation. She can help parents to act in the best interests of the children as they navigate conflict, restructure the family system, and implement coparenting plans.

Glenn (he/they) holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from City University in Vancouver. He is also a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.

Glenn has worked over 20 years in mental health and substance use services. Glenn’s areas of competence include working with individuals in the LGBTQIA community, addiction, depression, anxiety, anger and interpersonal violence. Having worked for over two decades as a frontline registered nurse, social worker and clinical counsellor in health care, Glenn has an interest in working with individuals in the health care field.

Glenn draws upon various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Glenn is in his third and final year of Somatic Experiencing training.

Blaine (he/him/his) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. with a Master of Arts in Applied Theology from Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. He has also completed undergraduate and graduate coursework in psychology and counselling at Kwantlen University and City University of Seattle. Since obtaining his MA he spent nearly four years working for Non-Governmental Organizations in both Haiti and the Central African Republic. Upon returning to Canada, Blaine spent eight years working as a behaviour consultant, supporting adults with intellectual differences, and their support teams.
